• 1 Bag of NM Chili Powder or Pod Mix
  • 2 lbs meat (beef, pork, chicken)
  • 10 Potatoes (Medium size)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
  • 6-8 cups of water

Cut meat into 1”pieces.  Fry meat in pan until brewed.  Add onion (cut in ½ pieces) and fry for one minute.  Add 6 to 8 cups
water, Boil until potatoes are soft.  Add (NM Chili Powder or Pod to taste (Follow instructions on packet)
Ready to serve, 8- 10 servings
